I´m not a very healthy person but I don´t have the worst eating habits either. I think it´s the perfect balance. First of all, I have to say I don´t like vegetables but I try to consider them into my daily diet.

breakfast I prefer drink to eat so…
I usually drink strawberry milkshake (I love strawberries but not so much in their natural flavor, they´re so sour) or milk/yogurt with cereal or just a glass of fruit juice and a sandwich.
My favorite dishes always contain chicken in them so as you can guess, for lunch, I usually eat Chicken. My favorite dishes are Ají de gallina, Causa rellena and Roasted chiken and fries chips (of course with tomato and avocado salad).
